SHIPPING POLICY
Please allow for up to 3 days processing time before shipment. Delivery time will depend on the shipping service used.
Out of Stock or special order timepieces will have a longer processing time. These are normally completed with three weeks. You will be notified if this will be longer.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Currently we only ship to to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand. We will be adding additional destinations soon. Contact us if you have any questions.
RETURN POLICY
We offer refunds on all watches returned within 14 days of the date received. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note, if the watch has any damage, there may be a fee to cover loss in value of the watch.
In the unlikely event a defect is exhibited the 12 month warranty will cover the watch for repair or replacement where eligible. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Water Damage: Products that have been damaged by water will not be eligible for return.
Watches that are fully customized or built to your specific requirements are non-returnable and non-refundable due to their personalized nature.

WARRANTY
All the components for your Watch are sourced from respected dealers and undergo stringent testing and thorough quality checks before and during the assembly process.
Each watch (unless noted) has a 12 month warranty period which covers your watch for repair or replacement in case of any fault, failure or defect excluding those which arise due to misuse as outlined below, even during the warranty period:
- Damage caused by improper use or carelessness. For instance, mechanical failure due to visible knocks and dents, water ingress due to improper use of crown.
- Damage or failure to quick set date function through lack of mechanical sympathy.
- Superficial damage such as scratches, dents and knocks arising from regular use
- Damage or failure arising from repair or modification by a third-party person or company.
- Bracelets and/or straps
Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
